Duties and responsibilities (Research Assistant):

The role will involve working on medical image preprocessing, dataset curation, and developing deep learning models using transformer-based architectures. The assistant will also contribute to literature review, simulation experiments, and result analysis, while ensuring proper documentation of research outcomes. Candidates should have a background in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with strong skills in Python, machine learning libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and an interest in healthcare applications of AI.

B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)

Salary: BDT 20,000/= (consolidated per month)

Duties and responsibilities (Research Associate):

The Research Associate will support clinical aspects of the study, including validation of ophthalmic datasets, interpretation of fundus and OCT images, and providing expert input on glaucoma diagnosis. The role also involves collaborating with the AI research team to align clinical relevance with model development and ensuring compliance with ethical and medical standards.

Qualification:
Minimum MBBS degree with clinical exposure in Ophthalmology.
Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DO in Ophthalmology) and experience with glaucoma diagnosis is preferred.
