Chief Adviser of EWU Prof. Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin Wrote a Book titled 'Bangladesher Ogrojatray Agamir Karoniyo'
Prof. Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, a renowned economist and the Chief Adviser of East West University (EWU), recently authored a book titled "Bangladesh Progress: A Proposed Outline of the National Seven-Year Action Plan". The book was published by the well-known publisher; The University Press Limited (UPL) on March 25th, 2024. The launch ceremony of the book was followed by a discussion session, where Prof. Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, former governor of Bangladesh Bank and Chief Adviser of EWU, Prof. Dr. Rounaq Jahan, Distinguished Fellow of CPD, Prof. Abdul Bayes, former Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University, journalist Mozammel Haque Babu, Managing Director of Ekattor Television Ltd., and Mahrukh Mohiuddin, Managing Director of UPL were in attendance. Additionally, some national journalists participated in a lively question-and-answer session.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Muhammad A. Mannan, Member of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Shams Rahman, Vice Chancellor, Air Cdre (retd) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer, Registrar, faculty members, and officials of EWU.
