Saifa Haque has achieved ISESCO Prize for Open Digital Educational Resources
Saifa Haque, a senior lecturer of the Department of English, has recently been awarded an international prize at the 40th session of the executive council of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on January 29, 2020, for a project on blended learning. This award has been given for encouraging ICT integration in language teaching. She was nominated for this award by Bangladesh National Commission for UNESCO (BNCU). After winning the prize, she attended the programme with the secretary of the Ministry of Education, Bangladesh. Her achievement has been featured in the national newspaper of the United Arab Emirates.
