“World's Top 2% Scientists” list features two faculties from the East West University
Dr. Zubair Hasan and Dr. Nazmul Abedin Khan, Assistant professors, Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, East West University have been featured among the ‘World’s Top 2% Scientists’ list created by the Stanford University of USA. Prof. John P. A. Loannidis of Stanford University and his team prepared the list based on research in various disciplines, publication numbers, citations, h-index, i10-index, and authorship positions. Both Dr. Hasan and Dr. Khan are working in the field of Environmental Chemistry, and their researches (around 140 articles, 10 review articles, 3 book chapters, 5 scientific patents) were published in various reputed International Journals/publishers; that have generated more than 10,000 citations. Recently, they are working together to remove various toxic components from water/liquid fuel; which is facilitated by the East West University.
