- Position: Assistant Manager
- Organization: Apex Data Management Ltd.
- Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift) [Please proceed with applying only if the working hours suit you. ]
- Position Summar: The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the effective operations and management of the company. This position helps the management team with various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. This position is also responsible for achieving given performance targets and KPIs of the team to maintain a high level of satisfaction for the clients of Apex DMIT Ltd. consistently.

- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operational activities.
- Oversee the execution of tasks and projects, ensuring client deadlines are met.
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in sales activities and contribute to revenue generation efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Implement approved changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university (MBA preferred)
- CGPA: 3.00 or above
- Expected combined CGPA in SSC & HSC is 9 and above
- Experience Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of full-time work experience in a reputed organization. Preferably 2 years in managing a team.
