- Job Description:
- • Facilitate the implementation of research studies, project management, and research support to the team.
- • Manage and supervise research projects which include drawing up a realistic timeline, completing all the necessary administrative procedures, and liaising with internal units to ensure the process is effectively executed.
- • Leads efforts to execute scopes for various research projects including coordination with partners, stakeholders, funders, and collaborating institutions.
- • Responsible for clear and accurate reports, presentations and proposals, and actively listen and communicate openly with client and the internal team.
- • Manages and oversees the progress of on-going work
- • Supports data collection and analytical needs of research projects. Conducts literature reviews and helps write reports. Ensures project compliance with different policies, procedures, directives, and mandates.
- • Effectively manage multiple projects at once and anticipate potential problems and how to prevent them, including addressing compliance requirements.
- • Check and appropriately analyse more complex data, interpret it accurately, and make good recommendations based on it.
- Requirements:
- • You must have a Bachelor/Master’s Degree
- • You must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- • You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- • You must have good communication skills, written and oral.
