JOB PURPOSE
To enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Chilling Centre wise challan entry of daily milk purchase
- Prepare report on average CLR, FAT%, SNF%, FAT Kg & SNF Kg
- Formulate milk price statement according to the FAT % & CLR
- Generate report of daily milk received, consumed and closing stock
- Prepare chilling centre wise accounts credit note
- Ensure daily data entry in Tally and generate report from ERP Software
- Prepare monthly zone wise milk collection report (with CLR, FAT% & SNF% etc.)
- Ensure daily MIS report preparation on milk collection, sales Qty & Sales amount etc.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must have H.S.C (Diploma in computer science will get preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
