Position: Business Analyst

Organization: Apex DMIT


Scope: 

The incumbent will primarily be dealing with North American clients & stakeholders. So, high proficiency in English communication is mandatory for the role. The incumbent in this role will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• End-to-end customer service 

• Quality assurance of the services generated by the field force 

• Ensuring timely service delivery in line with Apex's brand promises 

• Cross-team coordination Job Description 

• Learn the company’s core functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, & practices that affect each phase of Apex's business 

• Quality Control - through coordination, review, & business meetings 

• Taking care of Client and Vendor payment 

• Client Coordination & ensuring service quality excellence. Expected Knowledge & Skills 

• High proficiency in English communication (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) 

• High English typing speed & accuracy 

• Curiosity and high learning propensity 

• Computer literacy 

• Analytical capability 

• Leadership potential and decision-making capability 

• Ability to work with professionalism, discipline, & independence


Educational Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university 

• CGPA: 3.00 or above 

• Combined CGPA in SSC & HSC is 9 and above  


Experience Requirements: 

At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a reputed organization. Those with prior experience in property preservation will be given priority. 


Timing: Male - 5 Days (Mon-Fri) Female - 4 Days (Mon- Thu) Night Shift 


Job Location: On-Site Banani 

Salary: 30,000/-
