Position: Business Development Analyst (SBA I/SBA II) (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided by the field force.
- Ensure timely service delivery aligned with Apex’s brand standards and commitments.
- Gain a strong understanding of the company’s core functions, operations, management perspectives, policies, and practices affecting all business phases.
- Oversee quality control through regular coordination, performance reviews, and business meetings.
- Manage client and vendor payments efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with clients to maintain effective communication and uphold service quality excellence.
Expected Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Strong English typing speed with high accuracy
- Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
- Proficient computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and sound decision-making ability
- Ability to work professionally, independently, and with a high level of discipline
Educational Requirements:
- BBA/ MBA or Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in any related discipline from a reputed university
- CGPA: Minimum 3.00 or above
- Combined CGPA in SSC & HSC is 9 and above
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–3 years of full-time work experience in a reputable organization is required. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in property preservation will be given preference.
Job Location: Banani
Salary Range: 35,000/- to 50,000
