- Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. is looking for Business Expansion Officer to build strong distributor relationships, drive secondary sales, and ensure flawless market execution in line with Walton & Marcel's growth ambitions, while continuously developing partners and unlocking new business potential in the assigned territory.
- What you have to do:
- - Maintain regular communication with existing distributors and develop new ones as per policy.
- - Assess distributors' strengths and weaknesses and support their business growth and capability development.
- - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL products and keep dealers updated, including driving product promotions through distributors.
- - Visit distributor showrooms and warehouses on a regular basis and provide necessary market feedback.
- What you need to have
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experienced & Freshers both are encouraged to apply
- Additional Requirement:
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to ride bike
- - Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- - Proficiency in sales management
- - Ability to travel within the region as required
- - High level Of integrity and professionalism
