- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Merchant Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the field force for merchant business expansion and management. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with merchants, resolving any issues or complaints, and driving merchant transactions.
- Requirements:
- • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration with minimum CGPA 3:00
- • 1-2 years' prior working experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage
- • Fresh graduates who have completed all courses including internship/project can also apply
- • Strong understanding of business processes, customer support, and dispute resolution
- • Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user
- Employment Type: Outsourced
