- Requirements:
- - Bachelor in CSE/ETE/ECE
- - CGPA not less than 3.00
- Job Description:
- - Ensure absolute uptime of CAS network 24*7*365 basis for achieving uninterrupted services and maintaining the highest level of QOC.
- - Responsible for ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts.
- - Ensure service encryption using irdeto’s CAS system.
- - Troubleshoot for hardware and software level issues in CA system.
- - Support CPE team to test new features, upgradation, and problem diagnosis of STBs from CAS side.
- - Create data backup as per the defined SOP and restore whenever required.
- - STB firmware update (OTA) configure in the system and make it available in the stream for end user.
- - Ensure SOPs are followed. Also, Maintenance, equipment upgrade, and preventive initiatives should be taken with the help and permission CA vendor if required.
- - Provide client device CAS ID on basis of receiving piracy report and watermarking evidence.
