Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently ● Provide accurate information about company services, events, and exhibitions ● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels ● Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases regularly ● Call Support visitor engagement activities for exhibitions and events ● Coordinate with internal marketing departments for smooth communication ● Follow-up with potential clients ● Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary ● Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor |
