- Position: Customer Service Executive

- - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times,
- - Responding promptly to customer inquiries,
- - Take customer calls, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns,
- - Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
- Requirements:
- * BBA/MBA/Honors/Masters/Ongoing Students
- * Good Communication Skills in Bangla and English
- Working Time:
- - Roster Duty / Shifting Duty
- [Morning 7am-3pm, Evening 3pm-11pm & Night Shift 11pm-7am]
- - Weekly 6 Days,
- - No Night Shift for girls
- Salary: BDT14,000 for full timers & for part-timers it’s 110taka per hour
