Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation from a reputed University or A levels.
Job Requirement:
Age 20 to 30 year(s)
Males & Female both are allowed to apply.
Must have ability to work on roster schedule including government holiday.
Ensure quality customer service through hotline.
Follow up the customer complain.
Identify the customer’s need.
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications and E-mailing.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Fluent in listening and spoken English, good at written English.
Experience Requirements: Fresher are encouraged to apply. Job experience from Mobile operator, ISP, Service provider will get preference.
Job Nature: Full-Time/Part time Salary Range: Salary range 13000/- to 15000/-& (Part time 50 taka per hour)
Job Location: Dhaka
