- Position: Executive, HR & Administration

- Responsibilities:
- • Recruitment: Preparing Job Description, job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, shortlisting the candidates for onboarding
- • Employee Onboarding: Sending offer letters to selected candidates, staying in touch before their joining, completing the employee filing on the day of employee’s joining, providing ID cards and souvenirs, and conducting an orientation training program.
- • Employee files & Records: Preparing, updating and safeguarding employee files and records as per the rules of the company.
- • Performance Management: Assisting functional managers regarding employee performance, designing performance improvement plans and preparing necessary matrix to determine employee’s annual review amounts.
- • Payroll: Keeping track of employees’ yearly review date, promotion, transfer, new joining, employment separation and salary adjustments for preparing the monthly payroll sheet. The HR Executive will have to keep a good rapport with the bank for new employees’ bank account opening purposes.
- • Leave and Attendance: Managing leave records and monitoring employee attendance.
- • HR Services: Preparing various official letters, office orders, notices, policy updates etc.
- • Events & Employee Engagement: Helping the HR team to arrange official events, trainings and other official events.
- • Administrative Functions: Employee meal ordering, keeping track of stationary and store items, managing vendors, support staff duty management, monitoring office maintenance items, ensuring cleanliness of the office premises.
- • Report Preparation & Presentation: As per the direction of the senior management team.
- Requirements:
- • BBA/MBA with a major in Human Resources.
- • Having CGPA equal or above 3.00 on the scale of 4 & 4.00 on the scale of 5.00.
- • 0 – 1 years of experience of working in HR department
- • Having experience of working in any software/BPO company will be an added advantage
- • For fresh graduate applicants – please apply only if you have completed your internship in the HR
- department of a company.
- Additional Requirements:
- • Age at most 25 years

- • Good working knowledge in G-Suite (Google Sheet, Doc, Slides & Forms) MS-Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- • Proficiency in Bengali and English Communication
- • Candidate must be well organized, dynamic and self-driven
