- Position: Executive, HR

- Responsibilities:
- • Work with Employee Life-cycle Management to ensure all relevant processes from hire to retire.
- • Participate in Job fair,conduct on-campus hiring and other employer branding activities.
- • Carry out filing,record keeping,documentation,and management of personnel file.
- • Assist in preparing/updating departmental SOPs/policies .
- • Engage in HR Analytics and prepare different Management reports.
- • Assist in Recruitment, Performance Management & OD activities as and when required.
- Requirements:
- • BBA/MBA in Management/HRM from any reputed university.
- • 1-2 years of relevant experience is desired.
- • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies _
- • Knowledge on modern HR tools,techniques.
- • Strong communications and analytical skills.
- • Well versed in MS Office tools.
