Position: Executive, Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen market presence. You will manage sales operations, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic campaigns, ensuring consistent revenue generation and brand visibility. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● Sales Management: Support lead generation, client acquisition, and account management to achieve revenue targets.
- ● Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional activities.
- ● Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- ● Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- ● Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related discipline.
- ● 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Willingness to learn sales and recruitment services.
- ● Comfortable with phone calls and client communication.
- ● Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.
