| Responsibilities |
|
● Promote company's products and provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals. ● Arranging Free Dental Camps, Pharmacy Education Program, CME/RTDs etc with other activations. ● Visit to chamber, hospital, clinic, pharmacy, Grocery outlets to meet sales target. ● Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. ● Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities. ● Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor. ● Ensure & strict adherence to Sales Force’s KPI on daily, weekly & monthly basis ● Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry. ● Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country. |
| Details of Training, Salary & Benefits |

● The selected candidates will undergo “On-Field” training (anywhere in Bangladesh) and “Classroom training” focused on sales excellence, scientific communication, and product knowledge. ● Training Tenure: around 2 weeks ● Daily Allowance: Tk. 1,000 per day during the training period. ● After completion, based on performance during training, candidate may get offer for permanent employment as Territory Expert Sales Executive with following benefits – ● Market competitive salary ● Festival bonuses ● Mobile allowance ● Medical insurance ● Life insurance ● Gratuity |
