Position: Fresher Business Consultant

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Business Consultants. This role will involve analyzing business processes, reviewing systems and workflows, and supporting the delivery of banking technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review and analyze business processes, systems, and workflows.
-Prepare detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
-Gather and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
-Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
-Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to collect requirements and feedback.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, system parameters, and change requests.
-Support coordination with end users during system-related activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university (BBA/MBA with a major in Banking preferred).
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for client interaction.
-High motivation to learn and willingness to undergo world-class training and development.
