- Position: HR Officer
- Organization: A reputed bank
- Job Purpose: Acquire personnel to fill the positions and deploy accordingly as per the bank’s policy to ensure efficient performance of responsibilities of each position and to facilitate growth of Bank’s business.
- Contribute to: Helping other team members about HRIS issues when required
- Key Responsibilities (As Applicable):
- Manpower Planning:
- - Assist Manpower planning based on branch/departmental requisitions & forecasting
- - Automation in HRIS
- Recruitment & Selection:
- - Automation of entire selection process (written test, interview etc.)
- Record Management:
- - Design, develop and disseminate HR reports to the management to facilitate decision making
- - Database Update
- HRIS Management
- - Ensure compliance with the bank’s regulations
- - Any other job assigned by supervisor
- - Any other job assigned by HOD
- Key Success Factors :
- - Maintain relationship with different Divisions/Branches/Employees.
- - Maintain proper system in the HR Division
- - Timely onboarding the offered candidates
- - Maintain HR Data Base
- Key Challenges:
- · Developing The CV Bank
- · Keep balance between CTC & manpower quality.
- Requirements:
- · Minimum Graduate in HR
- · Good academic record
- · Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Salary: 28,000 (During the probationary period) and then 39,000 (After successful completion of the probationary period)
