Job Context: 

We are looking for an HR Professional

HR Executive responsibilities include creating motivational programs, arranging events, and overseeing our employee`s daily activities and needs. To be successful in this role,

you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of motivation and retention programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of HR in Head Office.

• Assisting and conducting entry/exit interviews of employees.

• Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.

• Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

• Design employee motivation policy & salary survey· 

• Staffing of all departments as per company requirements.

• Update mobilization status of Experts of all projects in Bangladesh.

• Prepare & supervise all HR related documentation i.e. appointment letter, confirmation letter, designation change letter etc.

• Supervise in the preparation of monthly attendance and leave record of all employees in Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements:

• Must hold Bachelor degrees in Business Administration (BBA) / English /

Political Science and Masters in Business Administration in HRM is preferable.

• Training / Trade Course: Human Resource Management.

• Skills Required: Administration & Communication in English

• Software Proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint,

Experience Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years

Additional Requirements:

• Skills Required: Administration, Communication.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR ; Training, Motivation.

• Proven work experience in an HR Executive role.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bangla.

• Willing to be team player and able to withstand criticism.

• Better to have smart innovative ideas to inspire and motivate employees.
