- Position: Intern (HR Department)
- Organization: Roxy Paints Limited
- Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and selection activities & MIS.
- Preparation and managing workers and staffs personal files, update leave state and Monthly salary sheet.
- To follow-up 100% implementation of Labour law 2006.
- Helps to maintain compensation & benefit program for all employees.
- Assist to Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compliance policies and procedures.
- To prepare update of all compliance related documents / registers as per our requirement.
- To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident etc.
- To assist training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
- Any other jobs assigned by the management.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in HR.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Strong knowledge on recruitment, interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
- Familiarity with social media and other processional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills;
- Analytical thinker and to pursue a career in a data-driven environment;
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
- Fluency in English is must.
- Job Location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi)
- Compensation & other benefits:
- BDT. 5,000/- Per month
