Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
