About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Group Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a major or minor in HR who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
The internship will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The role will require collaboration with different teams, offering a great learning opportunity for aspiring HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in talent attraction and assessment process.
• Support employer engagement activities and conduct relevant research.
• Take part in Employer Branding activities
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Help with travel coordination for HR-related activities (if required).
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing (all academic courses completed) or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major or minor in HR or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse and collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Lookup functions, Pivot Table, other intermediate functions).
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Dhaka (May require travel)
