Job Description:

The selected intern will play a crucial role in supporting Inspira's Associates in both project delivery and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day clerical support to the research and management teams.

  • Taking meeting notes and preparing accurate meeting minutes.

  • Conducting secondary research for various projects.

  • Transcribing interviews conducted with diverse stakeholders.

  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals.

  • Supporting the generation of digital content, including articles, newsletters, and social media content.

  • Contributing to content development for social media accounts and websites.

  • Coordinating with associates for remote and phone-based interviews.

  • Supporting the research team during field visits as required.

  • Undertaking other duties as assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates with the following desired traits and educational backgrounds:

Expected Educational Background:

  • Fresh graduates from Business, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, related study backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Desired Traits:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in writing analytical narratives.

  • Expertise in design software such as Canva will be considered an advantage.

  • Well-rounded exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 10,000 BDT (Monthly)

  • Work-from-home (WFH) opportunities: Two days per week.

  • Reimbursements: Internet and mobile bills for WFH periods, and all travel/field research expenses will be borne by the office.

  • Facilities: Fully subsidized lunch facilities.


Work Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week.
