Position: Internship Student (Paid)
Department: HR & Administration
Organization: Meena Bazar
Educational Requirement: BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management (All courses must be completed except internship) with minimum CGPA 3.00
Key Learning Area:
1. Recruitment and selection process, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
2. Onboarding and employee separation activities, ensuring smooth transitions for both new and exiting employees.
3. Gained hands-on experience in managing employee data through the HRIS.
4. Prepared and maintained documentation and personnel files for new hires..
5. Communicated effectively with candidates regarding interview schedules and onboarding procedures
6. Utilized MS Excel to update and maintain the talent acquisition database and recruitment trackers.
7. Assisted in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and events.
8. Assist in various HR and Administration initiatives, supporting departmental objectives and projects.
Duration: Minimum of three (3) months (Possibility of extension based on performance and availability)
Office Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Weekends: Friday and Saturday
Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka
