Position: Intern (E-Commerce Services)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on potential merchants using Google, social media platforms, and other relevant tools to conduct thorough research on potential merchants. Compile a comprehensive database containing merchant contact details.
• Regularly verify and update the accuracy of the gathered merchant information. Ensure efficient and accurate data entry into relevant systems and databases. Organize and categorize information for easy access.
• Reach out to merchants via cold calls to introduce SSLCOMMERZ products and services. Maintain a log of calls, responses, and follow-up actions required.
• Conduct client visits for merchant acquisition and QR deployment, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities. Provide insights and analysis based on the data collected.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and provide support as needed.
• Undertake various tasks and projects as assigned by the department.
• Attend regular meetings with the director to discuss ongoing tasks, progress, and areas of improvement.
• Present findings, seek feedback and receive guidance for future actions.
Additional Requirements:
• Proficient in Internet research and data gathering
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Your Education and Experience:
• Minimum Graduation (BBA/Hons’) from a reputed Gov./Private University
