- Position: IT technical recruiter

- Responsibilities:
- As a Recruiter, you are the key element that connects job-seekers with companies looking to hire the right talent. You are a specialist building lasting relationships and driving candidate engagement throughout the entire placement process. Requirement gathering, understanding Technical requirements given by various clients for their positions.
- * Sourcing candidates using different sources like job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc), social network (LinkedIn, Facebook) and references.
- * Screening the candidates with the respective skills and experience.
- * Scheduling and follow up, throughout the interview process, once a candidate is shortlisted.
- * Negotiate and close the candidate with offer.
- * Pre and post offer follow up with the candidate.
- * Create good network in the market and maintaining, updating the efficient database in Excel.
- * Good working knowledge on MS-OFFICE.
- Requirements:
- * CSE / EEE / ETE / BBA in MIS, HRM, Marketing, or related field
- * Must be excellent in English in all bands
- * Must have experience with basic online tools - Google meet, Zoom
- * Must have excellent people and relationship building skills
- * Must be an attentive listener; understanding, empathetic and personable
- * Must have a keen sense to see and report changes where necessary
- * Must have the ability to consult at all levels - highly service orientated
- * Must have a mindset to continuously develop and improve skill set and adapt to changes
- * Must have a go-getter attitude
- * Must be honest, ethical and dependable
- Work Schedule Details:
- Work hour: 7:00pm to 04:00am
- Tu( Bangladesh standard time)
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday
- Type: Remotely (WFH) at the moment
- Job Location: Bangladesh
