Position: Trainee District Manager
Job Location: Any district office in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing and monitoring Retail Sales Operation within the assigned territory.
- Regular sales reporting (Weekly and Monthly) to Area Manager.
- Planning and monitoring distribution management and inventory management.
- Regular shop visit and monitoring shop performance.
- Prepare sales target/ budget for the entire district.
- Monitors and takes short and long term measures to keep receivables at desired level.
- Analyzing and solving territory's operational issues.
- Ensuring proper customer service from Branch Managers.
- Training and development of Shop Staffs on entire shop operation and product knowledge.
- Must take the overall responsibility and be accountable for the total operation of the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- BBA/ MBA (preferably in Marketing)
- At least 2 years work experience in retail/ Sales/ Marketing.
- Candidates will get preference who have experience working as Territory Manager in FMCG or Retail company.
- Pro-active, Self-motivated, Honesty, Integrity and Leadership Skill
- Below 32 years of age
