Position-1: Trainee Engineer - (Female)

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
-  Participate in Management Trainee orientation.
 -  Complete a monthly recap of activities.
 -  Learn, understand and epitomize “Dana Group” culture.
 -  Involved in Sales and Service engineering process /program in different engineering segments of Company’s activities.
 -  Attend relevant product training in country /overseas from our strategic partner and complete management development training.
 -  Assist Department Managers in meeting productivity and expense-to-revenue goals within budgetary guidelines.
 -  Develop interpersonal communication and management skills.
 
	
Requirements:
-  B.Sc. in EEE / CSC – Focus on Power Generation)
 -  Fresher’s having above engineering degree are encouraged to apply
 -  Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
 -  Good computer (Word, Excel, Power-point) with organizational skills.
 -  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

Position-2: Executive - HR & Admin (Female)
- Responsibilities:
 - HR Responsibilities:
 - HUMAN RESOURCE WORK:
 - Recruitment, Selection and Joining placement of staff for Dana Group.
 -  Requisition management & Job analysis.
 -  Preparing and publishing Job advertisements
 -  CV Management (Screening and Short listing)
 -  Interviews Call & reference check in terms of the position requirements
 -  Arrange joining and prepare appointment letters/ contract in terms of employment types.
 - a) Process Confirmation & Promotion
 -  Notify and check assessment for confirmation & Promotion
 -  Preparation and dissemination
 -  Prepare Confirmation & Promotion letters in terms of employment types.
 - b) Process Employee Exit
 -  Process employee separations from the organization
 -  Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
 -  Provide NOC/Experience certificates after getting clearance from the concerned Departments.
 - c) Performance Management
 -  Monitor performance appraisal of staffs for further development.
 -  Advise on Performance Management Systems and stimulate proper performance evaluation.
 - d) Transfer Management of regular staffs to different sister concerns (if required).
 -  Review and verify transfer proposals
 -  Prepare transfer orders & executed them properly.
 - COORDINATION:
 - ADMIN WORK
 -  Plan, coordinate and organize various meetings and conferences within the organization.
 -  Preparing and controlling administrative budgets.
 -  Taking calls, answering queries, sending and receiving emails, preparing and presenting proposals and fixing
 - meetings and appointments with management.
 -  Handle telephone & PABX, fax, Photocopier, and other accessories.
 -  Coordinate Visa and Air Tickets for higher management & top level executives of the company.
 -  Ensuring the comfort and seeing to the needs of the clients, visitors and people dropping by the institution
 -  Handle payment vouchers and taking approval from management.
 -  Prepare Invitation letter for Dana employees and foreign guest.
 -  Provide Travel Requisition from (TRF) and arrange hotel accommodation, transport facilities and others travel related facilities.
 - DISCIPLINARY:
 -  Dealing with discipline matters Monitoring Security,
 -  Visit & monitor Head office & side office.
 -  Monitoring housekeeping & cleanliness in Dana group.
 - SUPERVISION WORK:
 -  Supervise the support Peon, Cleaner & Others duty.
 -  Fill up the absence of any office boy or cleaner worker.
 -  Supervise & keep record to all stationary & gift items of Dana group.
 - COMMUNICATIONS:
 -  Communicate with Dana group Employees regarding administrative issue.
 -  Communicate with Dana Singapore and Malaysia office through over the phone & Email.
 - DOCUMENT CONTROL:
 -  To ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.
 -  Creating and revising procedures and systems via the analysis of operating practices, forms control, record keeping systems, office layout and the budgetary and personnel requirements.
 -  Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
 -  To maintain official records, files and documents and update accordingly.
 -  Pay utility bills and take responsibility for the delivery and collection of documents
 - SECURITY ENSURE:
 -  Coordinate with Security department to ensure that terminated or resigned employees are processed to retrieve
 - company-assigned materials like telephones, keys to lockers, gyms, executive offices, rooms, etc.
 -  Ensure all electrical equipment servicing – Office Lift & Water filter.
 -  Verifying & Checking health & safety and other issues.
 - HOTELS, VENDORS & CONTRACTOR:
 -  Communicating with all corporate hotels reservation for foreign guest & corporate meeting.
 -  Dealing with Vendors for Employee ID card, business card, all printing, Magazine, Office CC camera &
 - preparing all gift items.
 -  Dealing with Nursery For indoor plat pot servicing.
 -  Dealing with Contractor for interior & sanitation.
 - 
		
 - Workplace: Work at office 90%,
 - Work at Field /Site / Customer Relationship 10%
