  • Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
  • Organization: Territory Sales Manager
  • Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
  • PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
  • To purpose of this role is to drive sales performance and revenue growth within a specific geographic area (territory) by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the execution of the company's sales strategies. They serve as a key link between the company and its customers, ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Drive and ensure primary and secondary sales in line with the company's objective
  • - Ensure product availability and on time customer service
  • - Dealer management and ensure distributors ROI
  • - Lead develop and monitor distributor's field force to ensure sales target achievement.
  • - Ensure after sales service with the coordination of service operations team
  • - Execution of Trade /BTL promotion
  • - Retail coverage expansion and service development
  • - Execute new project and develop process guided by top management
  • Education & Experience:
  • The incumbent should have Bachelor degree having specialization in Marketings from I-JGC Approved Universities with
  • - Minimum CGPA - 3.
  • - Only Fresh Graduates 
  • Skills:
  • - Basic understanding in sales and marketing
  • - Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • - Exceptional customer service skills.
  • - Analytical and Problem-solving aptitude.
  • -  Effective communication skills.
  • -  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
