Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Acquisition
- ● Identify and target potential B2B clients to grow CliniCall’s portfolio, focusing on industries like pharmaceuticals, insurance, and corporates.
- ● Develop and implement strategies to drive new client acquisition and meet or exceed sales targets.
- ● Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development to win new accounts.
- ● Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
2. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion
- ● Focus on achieving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling telemedicine packages and health solutions to existing clients.
- ● Design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with CliniCall’s product offerings.
- ● Regularly assess client needs to identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts.
3. Relationship Management for Retention and Growth
- ● Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- ● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to CliniCall’s services.
- ● Address client concerns promptly and develop strategies to mitigate churn risks.
4. Market Research and Business Development
- ● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- ● Develop market-entry strategies for new territories and industries to expand CliniCall’s reach.
- ● Gather insights from the market to refine product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Strategic Planning for Key Accounts
- ● Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies tailored to specific client needs.
- ● Create detailed account plans with clear revenue targets and actionable steps to achieve them.
- ● Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services for new clients to maximize early satisfaction.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- ● Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
- ● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- ● Train and guide junior sales executives to support account growth and acquisition.
Educational Requirements:
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ● Ability to take challenges.
- ● Ability to analyze data, preparing PPTs, and make strategic recommendations.
- ● Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- ● Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex client requirements.
Other Requirements
- ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- ● Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- ● Fluency in English and local language.
Salary:
● BDT 20,000 to BDT 22,000 (Based on qualifications)
