Position: Lead Analyst/Business Analyst

Organization: Apex Data Management & IT Ltd

Core Responsibilities:


    • Customer Service Excellence: Manage end-to-end customer service, ensuring timely, professional delivery aligned with Apex DMIT’s brand promises. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent quality and satisfaction. 

    • Quality Assurance & Coordination:  Ensure services meet quality standards through coordination with internal teams and vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality control and performance goals. 

    • Revenue Generation & Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth. Oversee client payments, vendor coordination, and billing accuracy while working toward sales targets. 

    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set, monitor, and report on performance goals regularly to ensure alignment with company objectives. Track and analyze service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue metrics. 

    • Leadership & Professionalism: Lead teams to achieve results, fostering a culture of excellence. Act as a brand ambassador and stay informed on company policies, marketing strategies, and business practices.

    • Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.

  • Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
