Position: Management Trainee, Business Development

SWAP launches Future leader's program to be fast tracked to Future VP position. SWAP is looking for Management Trainee in Business Development Team. This is a one year training program which creates opportunity to work with SWAP's marketing , sales, product management, customer experience department and also company top management & CEO. It will develop future tech-innovators as intrapreneur & entrepreneur in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
Management trainees will rotate to different company departments (e.g. Finance, Sales, Marketing) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. They contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance (e.g. analyzing, writing reports).
Management trainee duties:
∙Understanding how a company operates
∙Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
∙Learning to evaluate performance
∙Learning data driven strategic decision making
Daily Responsibilities
∙Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
∙Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
∙Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry and analyse)
∙Participate in company’s strategic planning
∙Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
∙Keep track of business revenue
∙Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
∙Prepare and give presentations
Requirements:
A degree in Management or Business Administration
PREFERRED SKILLS
∙Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
∙Strong verbal and written presentation skills
∙Excellent math and computational ability
∙Effective communication skills
∙Technology Savviness & understanding of tech-startup ecosystem required
Salary: BDT 50,000-60,000
