- Responsibilities:
- • Effectively plan and direct the implementation and administration of all benefit plans
- • Support the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are internally equitable, competitive and compliant
- • Prepare an annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs
- • Implement, maintain and review processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions
- • Ensure effective management of leave & attendance and recommend upgrades when required
- • Oversee and support new joiners’ onboarding and separation process (including exit interviews)
- • Maintain Employee Database performance by troubleshooting problems & assist in review and implementation of HRIS system upgrades
- • Maintain and revise the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- • Partner with managers and employees to understand grievances that can be resolved through HR practices and policies
- • Prepare and revise relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/reports as per requirement
- Requirements:
- • At Least 5+ years of HR experience; including at least 3 years in a total rewards and/or HR Operations-related role
- • Knowledge of leading practices and trends in Total Rewards including compensation, benefits, and HR Operations
- • Strong knowledge of local labor law
- • Positive attitude to drive changes with keen eyes for improvement
- • Meticulous, analytical and strong solution provider
- • Good hold over G-suit collaboration tools (Google Sheet, Doc & Slides)
