Position: Intern (Marketing and Branding)

Company/Job Context: XAL is a reputed Alternative Investment firm licensed by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The core function of the role involves driving end-to-end marketing, communication, and brand-building efforts aligned with strategic business objectives. The personnel are also required to undertake multidisciplinary assignments across the company.
Industry/Sector: Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Investment Management
Employment Type: Full Time Internship, In-Premises. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
Job Description:
- Gather insights, coordinate and manage marketing-branding related activities aligning with overall business strategy and stakeholder engagement goals;
- Plan and execute branding initiatives to enhance the visibility of assigned initiatives;
- Research, develop and disseminate appropriate content and campaigns across proper channels;
- Manage internal and external communication while maintaining stakeholder relationships;
- Ensure smooth coordination and effective engagement of diverse projects/initiatives;
- Assist in forecasting branding expenditures and budgeting for campaigns;
- Prepare performance reports and archive documentation;
- Nurture a positive culture within the program ecosystem.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with a Major in Marketing/Entrepreneurship;
- No prior experience is required but the candidate should have an understanding of branding;
- Creative content planning, communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others and drive results;
- Tech savvy / willingness to learn.
