As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
- Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to meet business objectives.
- • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective marketing collateral.
- • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
- Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Master’s degree is a plus.
- • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Location: This position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The candidate should be a resident of Dhaka or willing to relocate.
