Position: Mentor for MERN Stack Course

Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputed university. CSE students are preferred.
• English medium preferable, anyone having a non-English medium background but having good efficiency in English can apply.

Additional Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Vast knowledge and work experience in the web development field.
• Able to quickly understand both the learner's and company's needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the learner's and team's needs.
• Experience in training and doing freelancing marketplaces such as Fiverr & Upwork will get preference.
• Able to interact and deal with people from all levels and all backgrounds.

Skills:

• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Git, GitHub, JavaScript, React.js, API, Firebase, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Vacancy:

• As a mentor/trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to the enrolled students to build them as a professionally skilled person in the MERN stack and help to build a student's career in freelancing/job. You will be involved in all aspects of training, assessing students, creating and working with course materials, and delivering training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weekly report to the In Charge of Education Team and work closely with all staff.
• Conducting and delivering training sessions on a wide range of topics based on the provided curriculum.
• Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
• Designing, organizing, and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
• Keeping up-to-date with web development tools based on the demand of international marketplaces.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of training.
• Providing one-to-one training support and consultation as and when required. Freelancing training
• Will have to do career counseling for the freelancing
