Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO), MTO- IT and MTO-Law
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Academic Qualifications for MTO:
Post-graduation/04 years' graduation in any discipline from any reputed UGC approved University with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale or 1st Class. MBA, MBM, Economics, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Statistics will be given preference.
4.00 on a 5.00 point scale in SSC and HSC or minimum "5 B" in O Level and "2 B" in A Level.
Academic Qualifications for MTO-IT:
Post-graduation/04 years' graduation preferably in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Information & Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and other IT related subjects from any reputed UGC approved University with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale or 1st Class.
GPA 4.00 on a 5.00 point scale in SSC and HSC or minimum "5 B" in O Level and "2 B" in A Level.
Academic Qualifications for MTO-Law:
Post-graduation/04 years' graduation, preferably LLB and LLM from any reputed UGC approved University with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale or 1st Class.
4.00 on a 5.00 point scale in SSC and HSC or minimum "5 B" in O Level and "2 B" in A Level.
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
Age not exceeding 30 years as on June 30, 2024.
- 1. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and be well conversant in computer literacy and sound analytical proficiency.
2. Entrepreneurial, energetic, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a highly competitive and challenging environment.
3. Applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
4. Willingness to serve anywhere in Bangladesh.
5. No experience is Required.
Salary and Benefits:
Mercantile Bank Offer consolidated monthly remuneration of Tk.46,000/- will be paid during 01 (one) year of probation period. Upon satisfactory completion of probation period, MTOS will be absorbed in the grade of 'Executive Officer' at an initial Gross Salary of Tk.82,000/- per month with other admissible benefits.

6. Successful candidates in the written examination will be called for interview.
