- Position: Operations Associate (Contractual)
- Organization: MetLife Bangladesh
- Job Scope: The incumbent will be responsible for servicing the individual life insurance policies, managing customer profiles and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction, managing operational risk according to the company’s risk guidelines and building a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication. S/he is also responsible to provide post-purchase services like managing premium collection channels, policy change terminations, loan & maturity disbursements, customer information and correspondence management etc. for our valued policyholders of all individual life insurance products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity of all records related to policy owner's personal information changes
- Ensure all policy-related operational activities are aligned as per company guidelines
- Align “Requests of changes” received from policy owners with the policy guideline and implement as deemed by the terms and conditions of the policy
- Resolve system errors through investigation and support on Internal Audit & Compliance issues
- Maintain sound relationships with Financial Associates and Branch Managers
- Provide administrative support to team members and other relevant stakeholders
- Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's (4 years)/ Master's degree from any discipline
- Any exposure or experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal & communications skill
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong reasoning and analytical ability to understand the end-to-end process
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
