- Position: Digital Marketing Officer
 - Job summary: Oversee all marketing related initiatives for the hospital, support building Parkway Hospitals' brand awareness in the Bangladesh market
 - Responsibilities:
 - Brand Guardian & Leadership
 - * Manage brand guide & brand assets for each hospital
 - * Assist Team Leads with project execution and management, including but not limited to positioning, social brand equity tracking, brand roadmap development, relevant qualitative and quantitative research
 - * Approve all campaign assets & collaterals (online & offline)
 - * Co-develop creative concepts with respective hospital team and creative agencies to ensure alignment of output with brand strategy
 - * Develop key indicators of success for the monitoring of brand effectiveness
 - Partner/ Key Account Manager
 - * Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
 - * To generate Bangladesh office performance analysis & business insights to optimize business decisions
 - * Set the direction and reporting matrix for business performance monthly update Manage Philippine office marketing budget
 - * Set campaign KPl's, tracking & reporting metrics
 - Develop go to market strategy for local B2C Market
 - * Plan and develop hospital marketing strategy to meet business objectives
 - * Develop market positioning & campaign message house for identified audience segments
 - Lead campaign planning and execution to optimize consumer consideration and conversions via campaign content & assets (SEO/SEM,website, social media, editorial)
 - * To identify PR angles for media pitching
 - * To gather patient stories, profile key doctors for content amplification
 - Requirements:
 - - Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field
 - - At least 3 years of working experience in marketing management or brand consultancy
 - - A proven ability to successfully influence colleagues/stakeholders at all levels across departments is a prerequisite to effective campaign management and delivery
 - - Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
 - - Passionate about deriving data insights from qualitative and quantitative studies to build holistic brand experiences ,drive data storytelling, and optimize business decisions,
 - - Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
 - - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
