- Position: "Customer Service Officer (Live Chat)"

- Jab Type: Part-Time (5/6 days a week, 4-8 hour shift)
- Salary: *BDT= Hourly Basis
- Job Responsibility:
- • Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
- • Capture customer insights and escalate issues to floor supervisor.
- • Maintain high standard of service quality & Performance as per the requirement of the organization.
- Requirements:
- • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- • Freshers or running students who can manage office hours may apply.
- • Good written and verbal communication in English & Bangla is highly encouraged to apply
- • Should have a typing speed of 25 words per minute
- • Should have computer literacy (MS Office)
- • Ability to work under pressure and roster basis
