- Job Purpose:
- To supervise production process according to the process instructions, maintaining all aspects of quality, safety, health, environment & cost, thus meeting the company’s monthly & yearly production target under a responsible and challenging environment.
- Responsibilities:
- To assist team in implementing department wise production plan and achieve production target.
- To create, manage, and analyze performance data and other information.
- To optimize output (kg) per man hour in line with business plan.
- To analyze and assess challenges and suggest improvements to reduce machine down time and production loss reduce cost.
- To process orders completion in time.
- To work cross-functionally for solving problems and implementing changes.
- To ensure right first time (RFT) of products.
- To maintain all ISO, Internal audit documents and others related documents.
- To ensure HSE & other compliances as per company guideline.
- To look after maintenance of Department machineries.
- Requirements:
- B. Sc in Engineering Electrical).
- M.Sc. in Chemistry will be an added advantage.
- Understanding production process, production planning & ISO & OHSAS.
