- Job Description:
- - Conduct research and analyze data
- - Prepare concepts, reports and project proposal
- - Make presentations and present before local and international audiences
- - Prepare bids for international/local consultancies
- - Review literature, blogs and write articles
- - Communicate with external consultants & stakeholders, arrange meetings, and facilitate delivery of reports
- - Arrange survey teams, train and supervise survey activities
- - Generate new ideas and innovate solutions
- Qualification:
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken, research, report writing, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills are also required
- - Minimum bachelor’s degree with O/A levels
- - Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- - Microsoft Office Package
- - Skilled/working knowledge of SPPS or any other data analysis software
- - Quick learner
- - Leadership skill
- - Innovation, dedication, empathy, civility
- - At least 2 years’ experience in research
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Knowledge of infographics and data visualization
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 15-25k (during 3 months probationary period) and
- other benefits such as mobile and communication, food and medical allowance.
