- Position: Sales Advisor

- Responsibilities:
- Identify a potential client’s property needs, build long-lasting client relationships, and complete a property Sales by catering client’s needs.
- Identify prospects' needs and their business drives. Explain the Company product's value proposition to the clients.
- Negotiate on the Company value propositions with clients to make a win-win relationship to acquire the real estate products/properties.
- Creating and maintaining a database of all potential acquisitions in target areas.
- Build prospect profiles to analyze possible needs and areas of opportunity.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience
- Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply
- The applicants should have interest in Sales
- Must be target oriented and ability to meet deadline.
- Self-driven
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Age 25 to 35 years
