- Position: Sales Advisor

- Responsibilities:
- Identifying a potential client’s property needs, build long-lasting client relationships, and complete a property Sales by catering client’s needs.
- Identifying prospects' needs and their business drives. Explain the Company product's value proposition to the clients.
- Promoting products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Negotiating on the Company value propositions with clients to make a win-win relationship to acquire the real estate products/properties.
- Creating and maintaining a database of all potential acquisitions in target areas.
- Building prospect profiles to analyze possible needs and areas of opportunity.
- Being key contact point of customers and answering queries.
- Advising customers to make conscious decisions and introducing new products to customers.
- Maintaining relationship with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and repetitive business.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 0 - 2 years’ experience
- Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply
- The applicants should have interest and experience in Sales
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be target oriented and ability to meet deadline.
- Self-driven.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
