We are currently seeking Future Leaders to join our Sales & Marketing Team. This is a fast-track position where the successful candidates will work closely with a dynamic team and take on exciting challenges. Job Responsibilities:
- ● Hunting potential buyers to generate and qualify leads for residential real estate properties.
- ● Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their property needs, and schedule site visits or meetings with sales personnel.
- ● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- ● Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
- ● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities. Preferable in business, management, marketing & communication.
Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Experience in real estate sales will be an added preference.
Age: 22 to 28 years.
