- Context: A leading educational institution that specializes in providing high-quality guidance is looking for hiring SIX Sales Representatives (part-time) – a vital team player, working for reaches its target and operates effectively. Communicating with upper management to implement strategic operational goals. Developing long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Catering and managing the organization's field operations.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Has the ability and enjoys field team management, and/or sales & marketing operations.
- Takes responsibility to work at every level of execution.
- Provides key inputs for the sales & marketing operation.
- Regularly collects and analyzes competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
- Coordinates with operations and integrated planning with upper management, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure routine follow-up and procedures are followed, and implement updates and improvements needed.
- Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
- Support team-members to achieve organization's goals.
- Follow-up of the weekly & monthly activity calendar.
- Disciplined and organized reporting to the supervisor regularly, planning material utilization and also maintain the collaboration with other departments
- Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and educational influencers to generate referrals.
- Participate in training and work with the team when necessary.
- Day to day work follow up.
- Requirements: Bachelor degree/ Ongoing students
- Workplace: Work at Field
- Work-time: part-time time slot (a) 10.00 AM – 2.00 PM / slot (b) 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM – 5 days
- Job Location: Shantinagar and, Khilgaon, Dhaka
