Position: Senior Executive, Business Development

Job Summary:
We are looking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Executive, Business Development to expand our Staffing & Replacement business unit. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring needs, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while staying informed about market trends and hiring demands in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● Develop new business opportunities for Staffing & Replacement services.
- ● Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.
- ● Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and networking.
- ● Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized Staffing & Replacement solutions.
- ● Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- ● Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
- ● Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- ● Track market trends, competitors, and hiring demand in Bangladesh.
- ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- ● 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Recruitment or HR services preferred).
- ● Strong understanding of the Bangladesh hiring & staffing market.
- ● Proven ability to manage clients and close deals.
- ● Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
- ● Confident, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
